Align & Unwind is a trauma-informed Yinyasa practice designed to help you release the week, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Each class blends:
Grounding breathwork
Intentional, accessible movement
Yin-inspired holds and gentle flow
Yoga philosophy woven into real life
Extended savasana with scented eye pillows and hands-on assist (optional)
The room stays a comfortable temperature. The pace is steady, supportive, and purposeful.
Movements and themes stay consistent over a multi-week cycle so you can feel and see your growth—not just in your body, but in your awareness.
By week four, what once felt challenging often feels familiar… and that’s where deeper connection begins.
This class is for you if:

My approach is trauma-informed, philosophy-rooted, and deeply human.
I teach yoga as a lived practice—one you can carry off the mat and into your life.
There’s room for stillness, reflection, laughter, and rest.
Perfection is not the goal. Presence is.
