Align & Unwind: Wednesday Evening Class - Jenkintown, PA

A midweek reset for your body, breath, and nervous system

This is not a workout class.

This is a space to exhale, soften, and come back to yourself.

Align & Unwind is a trauma-informed Yinyasa practice designed to help you release the week, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Hands-on assists are always optional


What To Expect:

Each class blends:

  • Grounding breathwork

  • Intentional, accessible movement

  • Yin-inspired holds and gentle flow

  • Yoga philosophy woven into real life

  • Extended savasana with scented eye pillows and hands-on assist (optional)

The room stays a comfortable temperature. The pace is steady, supportive, and purposeful.

Movements and themes stay consistent over a multi-week cycle so you can feel and see your growth—not just in your body, but in your awareness.

By week four, what once felt challenging often feels familiar… and that’s where deeper connection begins.


Who This Class Is For

This class is for you if:

  • You’re craving yoga that goes beyond a workout

  • You want to feel safe, supported, and not rushed

  • You’re a caregiver, busy parent, or someone holding a lot

  • You’re new to yoga or returning after time away

Teaching Style

My approach is trauma-informed, philosophy-rooted, and deeply human.
I teach yoga as a lived practice—one you can carry off the mat and into your life.

There’s room for stillness, reflection, laughter, and rest.
Perfection is not the goal. Presence is.

Reserve your spot and give yourself permission to unwind.
