Street Parking and lot available by the Jenkintown Square. Metered Parking is FREE after 7pm or you can find neighborhood parking and walk over.

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To help maintain fairness for both the community and the preparation that goes into each offering, please review the following cancellation policies before booking.

Weekly Classes

Classes may be canceled up to 2 hours before class start time.

• If canceled within the allowed window, your class credit will be returned to your account and can be used toward another class.

• All class credits expire 30 days after purchase, unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class, late arrivals, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit.

Please release your spot as early as possible if you know you cannot attend so another student has the opportunity to practice.

Workshops & Special Events

Due to limited capacity and event preparation:

• A minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice is required for workshop or special event cancellations.

• Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Retreats

Retreat spaces are limited and require advance planning and financial commitments.

• Retreat cancellations require a minimum of 2 weeks notice.

• All retreat deposits are non-refundable.

• Additional refund eligibility for payments beyond the deposit may vary depending on retreat accommodations and vendor commitments.
