This is not a workout class.
This is a space to exhale, soften, and come back to yourself.
Align & Unwind is a trauma-informed Yinyasa practice designed to help you release the week, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Wednesdays | 7:45–8:45 PM
714 West Ave | Arlinda’s Asanas
All levels welcome
Hands-on assists are always optional

Each class blends:
Grounding breathwork
Intentional, accessible movement
Yin-inspired holds and gentle flow
Yoga philosophy woven into real life
Extended savasana with scented eye pillows and hands-on assist (optional)
The room stays a comfortable temperature. The pace is steady, supportive, and purposeful.
Movements and themes stay consistent over a multi-week cycle so you can feel and see your growth—not just in your body, but in your awareness.
By week four, what once felt challenging often feels familiar… and that’s where deeper connection begins.
This class is for you if:
You’re craving yoga that goes beyond a workout
You want to feel safe, supported, and not rushed
You’re a caregiver, busy parent, or someone holding a lot
You’re new to yoga or returning after time away
You want rest to be part of your practice—not an afterthought
Come exactly as you are. No performance required.
My approach is trauma-informed, philosophy-rooted, and deeply human.
I teach yoga as a lived practice—one you can carry off the mat and into your life.
There’s room for stillness, reflection, laughter, and rest.
Perfection is not the goal. Presence is.

This is strength with intention.
Weekend Warrior is a trauma-informed vinyasa practice designed to help you wake up your body, focus your mind, and step into the weekend feeling grounded and capable—not depleted.
You’ll move, breathe, and challenge yourself in a way that honors where you are while inviting growth.
Saturdays| 9 AM - 10 AM
714 West Ave | Arlinda’s Asanas
All levels welcome
Trauma-Informed Vinyasa • Strength • Breath • Rest

Each class includes:
Breath-led warm up
Strong, accessible vinyasa flow
A consistent peak pose or focus over several weeks
Modifications and options always offered
Time to cool down, reset, and integrate
Savasana with space to rest (because rest is still part of the work)
The sequence and theme stay consistent across weeks so you can track your progress—not just physically, but mentally and energetically. Strength builds when we stay long enough to notice it.
This class is for you if:
You want to feel stronger and more confident in your body
You enjoy movement with purpose, not pressure
You like being challenged without being yelled at
You’re a weekend warrior in life—juggling a lot and ready to show up for yourself
You want yoga that feels empowering, not performative
Beginners welcome. Options are always available.
I teach strength through awareness, breath, and repetition—not force.
My classes are trauma-informed, encouraging, and rooted in yoga philosophy that actually applies to real life. Expect clear cues, supportive energy, good music, and moments of humor along the way.
You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to show up.

Because teaching yoga is more than sequencing poses.
It’s energy, boundaries, confidence, creativity, and care—both for others and yourself.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.

If you’re a newly certified (or quietly struggling) yoga teacher or wellness practitioner who feels overwhelmed, underpaid, or unsure how to turn your passion into something sustainable — you’re not alone.
Many teachers are told:
“You can’t make a full-time living teaching yoga.”
“You should be grateful for exposure.”
“You need years before charging your worth.”
But what if none of that were true?
In my first year teaching full-time in my own business, I replaced my 40-hour W2 income while working fewer hours — with more freedom, alignment, and integrity. After years of managing, growing, and pouring into other people’s businesses, I decided to do it for myself.
Now, I’m ready to share what I’ve learned with you.

This is 1:1 business mentorship for yoga teachers and wellness professionals who want to:
Build a part-time or full-time practice that feels aligned
Charge in a way that supports their life
Create structure, clarity, and confidence
Stop burning out or under-earning
Our work together is practical, honest, and customized — no one-size-fits-all formulas.
Depending on where you are, sessions may include:
Evaluating your current business model
Pros, cons, sustainability
Clarifying your offerings, schedule, and pricing
Overcoming imposter syndrome with real strategy
Website structure & messaging
Email marketing & automations
Social media clarity (without burnout)
Event, workshop, and retreat planning
Creating action steps that actually move the needle
You’ll leave every session with clear next steps, not just inspiration.
Newly certified yoga teachers
Teachers transitioning from studio-only work
Wellness practitioners building something of their own
Anyone tired of guessing and ready to be supported
This is for you whether you want to:

Go full-time
Or create something in between
