Before teaching yoga, I spent seven years teaching gymnastics to families, supporting children from 4 months through 12 years old. While the world of gymnastics is behind me, the heart of that work — movement, music, play, and connection — has never left.
Family Flow Day was created from that same desire:
to support families through intentional movement, shared experiences, and joyful moments on the mat.
This monthly yoga pop-up invites families to explore yoga in a way that feels accessible, playful, and meaningful — no experience required.
Family Flow Day is a monthly yoga experience offering two back-to-back sessions, allowing families to practice together and kids to enjoy their own age-appropriate yoga space.
Whether you join for one session or both, this is a space where:
Movement meets play
Yoga feels welcoming (not intimidating)
Families can slow down and connect
Ages: Adults + Preschool–Kindergarten (3–5 years)
This class is designed for caregivers and young children to move together.

Simple yoga poses
Music, games, and imagination
Opportunities for bonding and laughter

Family Flow Day is about more than poses — it’s about creating space for families to move, connect, and grow together. My hope is that these monthly pop-ups become something your family looks forward to — a pause in the week where everyone feels supported and seen.
I can’t wait to flow with you.
