Sessions are offered in-home or by arrangement, creating a calm, supportive environment tailored to your family’s needs.
These sessions are thoughtfully designed to support you during pregnancy or at least 6 weeks postpartum with medical clearance.
Each session includes:
75 minutes of yoga tailored to your stage of pregnancy or postpartum healing
Poses that support strength, mobility, circulation, and deep rest
Breathwork to calm the nervous system and connect with your body
Use of props (bolster, blocks, mat if needed) for comfort and safety
Guided meditation customized to your needs (birth preparation, grounding, rest, or emotional support)
Hands-on savasana assist (with consent)
Eye pillows for deeper relaxation
Whether you’re preparing for labor or reconnecting with your body after birth, these sessions are slow, supportive, and centered on your lived experience.
Postpartum doula care is non-medical, in-home support focused on easing the transition into parenthood and supporting the well-being of the entire family.
Services may include:
Newborn care support (feeding, diapering, soothing)
Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support (non-clinical)
Emotional support and reassurance for parents
Light snack preparation
Light housework related to baby care
Running small errands
Supporting sibling bonding and family adjustment
Encouraging rest, confidence, and self-trust in new parents
This support is rooted in compassion, presence, and empowerment—not dependency.
Overnight stays are not guaranteed and must be booked for 8-10 hour increments, paid in advance and no more than two times a week.
To ensure clarity and healthy boundaries, postpartum doula services do not include:
Babysitting or overnight childcare
Deep or ongoing housekeeping
Medical care, diagnosis, or clinical advice
Replacing pediatrician, midwife, OB, or lactation consultant visits
The goal is to gently support and empower your family so you feel confident continuing on your own—eventually needing less support, not more.
Expecting parents seeking gentle, personalized prenatal care
New parents craving support without judgment
Families adjusting to life with a newborn or growing family
Parents who want care that honors rest, intuition, and emotional well-being
Spaces are limited to ensure each family receives intentional care.
