These 60-minute virtual 1:1 yoga sessions are for yogis who want the depth and care of private yoga with the flexibility of practicing from home.

Grounded in my Yinyasa style and guided through a trauma-informed lens, each session is customized to support your body, nervous system, and lived experience — without pressure or performance.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR SESSION

Each 60-minute virtual session includes:

  • A customized yoga sequence tailored to your needs

  • Pranayama practices for grounding, energy, or calm

  • Guided meditation

  • Extended Savasana to support integration and rest

  • Space to move slowly, pause, or ask questions

Sessions are held via Google Meet.
You’ll receive a private link before your session.
