These fun and focused private sessions are tailored for athletes aged 6-12, designed to enhance their tumbling, dance, and flexibility skills while also building confidence, strength, and mindfulness.
- 15 Minutes of Yoga & Mindfulness:
Learn calming techniques and stretches that improve focus, reduce stress, and prevent injuries. Yoga helps young athletes connect their minds to their movements, making their training more effective and enjoyable.
- 25 Minutes of Conditioning & Skill Drills:
Targeted exercises and drills to develop the strength, flexibility, and technique needed for specific skills like back handsprings, splits, or graceful dance moves.
- 5-Minute Cool Down:
End the session with gentle stretches and relaxation to promote recovery and leave your athlete feeling accomplished and refreshed.
