Join us in the serene mountains of Yogaville for yoga, meditation, hiking, sacred rituals, journaling, and a community that holds space for your heart.
November 14-16, 2025
Buckingham, VA
This retreat is for anyone who finds the winter months heavy, overwhelming, or emotionally isolating.
Step away for a weekend, find your safe space, and create a healing container to process grief, honor memories, and reconnect with yourself.
This retreat was created as a secret path: a place to release, remember, and realign with who you truly are. Nestled in Yogaville, surrounded by natural greenery and mountains, you’ll find the rest your body craves, the clarity your mind needs, and the reconnection your spirit longs for.
This is more than a retreat — it’s a return home. Born out of personal loss, each time yoga entered my life it offered a lifeline. It gave me tools, patience, and insight to navigate grief and transition. This retreat is for anyone navigating loss, seeking a way back home, or feeling extra heavy during the winter season.

I’m Arlinda, founder of Arlinda’s Asanas. I’m a trauma-informed yoga teacher, wellness educator, and former gymnastics coach who believes healing can be gentle, powerful, and fun. I’ve guided students of all ages through breath, movement, and mindfulness — and now I’m ready to guide you through a season that’s often heavy and overlooked.
Yoga found me during one of the darkest times in my life — after losing my mother at a young age. I didn’t fully understand how it was helping me, but I felt something shift. That practice stayed with me through many transitions, but when I lost my nephew Mikey on Thanksgiving 2023 — I felt shattered all over again.
Unable to access therapy, I turned to my yoga teacher training materials and started applying those teachings to my real, raw pain. It helped me get through the unthinkable. And now I know I can hold space for others doing the same.
This retreat is dedicated to Mikey — and to every person who feels like the holidays are not easy, or joyful, or “merry and bright.” This is for you.
