A Halloween Networking Event for Philly Entrepreneurs

Calling all Philly makers, wellness providers, creatives, and business owners — this is your chance to showcase your magic at Witches Brunch & Brew, a unique networking + community event for entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and wellness-centered businesses.

Attendees will enjoy rooftop yoga, vendors, crafts, music, coffee, giveaways, and 2 hours of powerful networking. We want our vendors to be part of that magic ✨.

Date: Sunday, October 26th

Time: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA

Vendor Options

🖤 Indoor Office Space – $75

(Only 4 spaces available)

  • 4 ft table provided (vendor brings their own table cover to protect glass desk)
  • Guaranteed rain or shine setup
  • Intimate, professional setting inside the office

Best for:

  • Small, handcrafted products (jewelry, candles, body care, crystals)
  • Service-based entrepreneurs (massage therapist, healers, notaries, consultants) looking to connect
  • Vendors who want guaranteed indoor security & weather protection

🌙 Outdoor Vendor Space – $50

  • Must provide your own 4 ft table + table cover
  • Rain or shine event
  • If weather cancels outdoor vending: Vendors will be refunded $40 (we keep $10 as ticket cover so you can still participate + network)

Best for:

  • Artisans & creatives with larger displays
  • Wellness vendors with visual or interactive offerings (plants, clothing, reiki/energy healing demos)
  • Those who want a lively, open-air vibe with high attendee flow

Witchy Guidelines 🧙‍♀️

All vendors are encouraged to:

  • Dress in all black or witch-inspired outfits
  • Decorate your space with a touch of witchy or Halloween magic ✨ (candles, crystals, cobwebs, pumpkins, etc.)

Vendor Process

To reserve your vendor table:

  1. Pay for your vendor package (Indoor $75 | Outdoor $50)
  2. Sign waiver (upon registering)
  3. Complete Vendor Interest Form (you'll be guided to form after registration is complete)
  4. Receive confirmation email upon registering. Detailed email will be delivered the week of the event.
  5. Vendor Shout-Out at the Event – we’ll highlight you during the event!
  6. Provide a small goodie, sample, or coupon for our giveaway bags
