The Spring into Confidence Kids Yoga Workshop is a playful and empowering experience designed to help children connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and build confidence in a supportive space.
After a beautiful first year, this special workshop is returning for its 2nd annual gathering, bringing movement, laughter, and mindfulness back to the mat.
Whether your child is brand new to yoga or already loves to move, this workshop is designed to help them feel strong, capable, and confident—inside and out.
During this 75-minute workshop, kids will explore yoga through creativity, play, and connection.
Each part of the class is designed to help them:
• Move their bodies in fun and empowering ways
• Learn calming breathwork tools
• Build confidence through balance and teamwork
• Connect with other kids in a supportive environment
The workshop includes:
🧘♀️ Playful yoga flow and poses
🌬 Breathwork to calm the nervous system
🤝 Partner yoga and teamwork activities
🎲 Yoga games and creative movement
💭 Guided relaxation and meditation
Every activity is designed to help kids build confidence, emotional awareness, and focus while having fun.

Arlinda (aka Princess Bubblegum)
Before becoming a yoga teacher, Arlinda spent over 7 years teaching gymnastics, working closely with children and families through movement and play.
Today, through Arlinda’s Asanas, she blends yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to help kids build confidence, regulate emotions, and feel safe expressing themselves.
Her teaching style is:
• Encouraging and playful
• Trauma-informed and supportive
• Focused on connection over perfection
This workshop was created from her passion for helping kids grow into confident, grounded young humans.
