Join us for a calming, intentional evening designed to help you step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself.

This meditative Yinyasa flow blends slow, mindful movement with moments of stillness — creating space to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and feel grounded in your body.

This is your time to pause.


🌙 What to Expect

  • A slow, intentional Yinyasa flow (yin + gentle vinyasa)

  • Guided breathwork to calm the mind

  • Long, supported holds to release tension

  • A grounding guided meditation

  • Extended savasana with eye pillows & optional massage assist

Yoga mats and props are provided
✨ Room is kept at a comfortable, regular temperature

Everything is set up so you can simply arrive and receive.

Arlinda is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, specializing in prenatal and kids yoga, with a passion for creating safe, accessible, and meaningful experiences on the mat.

Her signature style blends yin and vinyasa yoga to create a practice that is both grounding and intentional — helping students slow down, reflect, and walk away with a deeper understanding of yoga beyond the physical.

Her classes are known for being:
