📍 Pennypack on the Delaware River Pier
🗓 Thursdays | 7:00 PM – 7:45 PM
An all-levels outdoor yoga flow complete with a sunset savasana to unwind, reconnect, and soften into the beauty of the season.
Outdoor yoga offers us an opportunity to reconnect — not just with movement, but with ourselves and the world around us.
Practicing in nature allows us to experience yoga through the elements:
the water beside the pier
the breeze moving through the trees
the grounding energy of the earth beneath us
the warmth of the setting sun
Together, these elements help remind us of what yoga truly is:
a practice of connection.
In a world that keeps many of us indoors, overstimulated, and disconnected, this series is an invitation to slow down and remember that we, too, are nature.
This offering is for anyone who:
thrives during the warmer months
feels calmer outdoors
wants intentional movement without pressure
simply needs more reasons to step outside and breathe

Each class includes:
✔ 45-minute guided all-levels yoga flow
✔ Breathwork and grounding practices
✔ Sunset savasana overlooking the water
✔ Trauma-informed, beginner-friendly instruction
✔ Community-centered outdoor experience
Yoga mat
Water bottle
Face or hand towel
You are welcome to arrive early or stay after class to enjoy the beauty of Pennypack on the Delaware River.

Arlinda is a trauma-informed yoga instructor certified in Yoga Nidra who specializes in creating grounding, intentional experiences that blend movement, mindfulness, and community care.
A North Philly girl at heart, Arlinda didn’t discover her love for the outdoors until college — when stepping outside during lunch breaks became a way to breathe, reset, and reconnect.
Realizing there was beauty right in her own backyard, outdoor yoga quickly became part of her personal healing journey.
Since then, she has collaborated with organizations including: Just Picnics, Sis Walks & Talks, NSN (and more)
to create outdoor wellness experiences rooted in accessibility, joy, and connection.
This series marks Arlinda’s first official outdoor seasonal schedule — and she’s excited to share it with you.
