To Return Within: Sacred Grief Workshop is an immersive healing experience created to normalize grief and honor it as a sacred expression of love.
In a world that often rushes people to move on, stay busy, or grieve in silence, this gathering offers something different:
a space to soften, feel, remember, and be held in community.
Through intentional healing practices, participants will be gently guided through experiences that support:
Emotional release
Reflection and grounding
Ancestral connection
Nervous system care
Remembrance and honoring
Together, we create space to move through grief with community rather than alone.
This workshop includes a blend of healing modalities designed to support the body, mind, and spirit:
A grounding, trauma-informed yoga practice designed to help participants reconnect to the body, regulate the nervous system, and create space for emotional processing through mindful movement and breath.
An immersive sound experience using vibration, voice, and intentional sound healing practices to encourage release, reflection, and energetic restoration.
A calming tea experience centered around presence, ritual, and community care — offering a moment to slow down, connect, and return to self.
Participants are invited to bring a photo or small item connected to a loved one to place on a shared ancestral altar during the workshop if they feel called.
This space is for:
Anyone grieving the loss of a loved one
Those seeking community while navigating grief
Individuals longing for a softer, more sacred approach to healing
People carrying grief quietly and needing space to exhale
Those wanting to honor and remember loved ones intentionally
You do not need yoga experience to attend.
You do not need to “have it together.”
You are welcome exactly as you are.
Grief changes us.
And yet many people are expected to continue functioning as though nothing happened — often without support, language, or spaces where grief is truly welcomed.
This workshop exists to remind participants:
grief is human
grief deserves care
grief deserves community
and grief deserves space to breathe
Healing does not mean forgetting.
It means learning how to carry love forward while tending to yourself along the way.

Yoga mat
Water
Journal
A photo or small item of your loved one for the ancestral altar (optional) 🌺
Comfortable clothing is encouraged.
Whether your grief is fresh or years old, whether your loss has words or not, this space was created with care.
